When a tired, road weary stranger arrives at her room in the dead of night, she will soon learn that there are some very good reasons to be afraid of the dark.

"SURVIVE" is an independent short film inspired by state police records and FBI case files documenting the harrowing ordeal of a kidnapped prostitute held captive in the lair of one of America's most disturbing serial killers. The events documented in this case served as inspiration for several recent successful genre films.
